Our business policy
Through this platform, we provide all the services for free. We aim to educate the workers in Kuwait about their rights or workers who intend to move to Kuwait to work. We provide direct and supportive support for domestic labor issues that have been violated, and sometimes we help workers in the private sector according to our available capabilities, we just direct them and educate them on what they should do. We publish content on the platform free of anything that may offend anyone. We publish the content in a deliberate manner, aiming to highlight and make recommendations on the issues of workers in Kuwait. The Kuwaiti Society for Human Rights manages content and is solely responsible for publishing it. The partners do not interfere with the content and therefore are not accused of any content that conflicts with the policy of their work or their partners.
How we use your information
All information shared with us is archived, and we will then collect information including personal and contact information when you sign up to have a user’s account or when you post different questions. This helps us to understand the nature of the problems experienced by the worker in Kuwait in order to highlight them and find appropriate solutions to them in cooperation with the official authorities. We may use total information when issuing periodic statistical reports, researches and scientific studies. We may post information about access to the platform, frequency of its use, number of nationalities and their residence places in addition to social gender, age groups and languages used. We may record the IP address, the operating system and browser that each user uses. Depending on your IP address, we may be able to determine the user's ISP and location of his point of contact.
